Terms & Conditions -        

• Materials should be delivered - Free at Site & Within 15 Days from the Purchase Order Date              
• All Tax Invoice to be raised in the name of "Ashma Motors Pvt Ltd"              
• 50% Advance after placing order and 50% after delivery of the material and submission of Singed stamp Tax Invoice.             
• Warranty is 1 Year from the Date of Supply / Installation.              
• 14% P.A Interest will be charged if materials is not supplied in time              
• Ensure the GSTIN No to be mentioned in the Tax Invoice Copy.
• Please provide hard copy of Po copy along with tax Invoice during delivery of the material.
• Please mentioned Po number in Tax Invoice.
