• Materials should be delivered - Free at Site & Within 5 Days from the Purchase Order Date              
• All Tax Invoice to be raised in the name of "Ashma Motors Pvt Ltd"              
• Payment - 100% advance               
• Warranty is 1 Year (on all electronic parts except physical and liquid damage not include under warranty) from the Date of Supply / Installation.              
• 14% P.A Interest will be charged if materials is not supplied in time              
• Ensure the GSTIN No to be mentioned in the Tax Invoice Copy.
