• Materials should be delivered - Free at Site & Within 15 Days from the Purchase Order Date              
• All Tax Invoice to be raised in the name of "Ashma Motors Pvt Ltd"              
• 100% advance against singed proforma invoice.              
• Warranty is 15 months from the Date of Supply / Installation.              
• 14% P.A Interest will be charged if materials is not supplied in time              
• Ensure the GSTIN No to be mentioned in the Tax Invoice Copy.
• Please mentioned Po number in Tax Invoice.
• Please share us the hard copy of Po at the delivery along with tax invoice.
