Terms & Conditions -        

• Materials should be delivered - at factory Site & as per schedule   
• All Tax Invoice to be raised in the name of "Ashma Motors Pvt Ltd"              
• Payment - 30% advance & rest 70% at the time of delivery.
• Warranty is 1 Year from the Date of Supply / Installation.              
• 14% P.A Interest will be charged if materials is not supplied in time              
• Ensure the GSTIN No to be mentioned in the Tax Invoice Copy.
